If you think that you’re less productive every day or not productive at all, and you end up here to get the answers for how to be productive all the time, I can say you’re already done being productive. From this I meant to say is, you’re already doing enough of your limits. You’ve had already put the efforts of being so productive that your mind is now full. and when the mind is full, it needs more space to fill in the information. That’s when we say we need space. Cut off the non-essential doings from your life and make space.

DO MORE IMPORTANT WORK FIRST
In your to-do list their always be the work that is less important than the more important and instead of checking off the list, we can cut off the work which we do not need to do urgently and is not that important.
Or the easy and the best way can be when we wake up in the morning and make a list of the most important 5 tasks you have to do in a day, no matter what.
NOTICE YOUR PRODUCTIVITY TIME
Everyone has their own productivity time, notice it, keep eye on your time when you are most awaken and in most energetic form. This will help you put more effort than before, for some people it can be in the morning and for some people it can be in the evening or midnight or early morning. Just take a cup of coffee with you and boom, here the productivity giant working on his things.

FOCUS ON THE PROGRESS
A right path, it all goes down when we try to notice everything about other people’s success, what they have how they have, why can’t you have that, it all brings down your energy you’re trying to put in your work. It will all go soon, the more you will try to catch other people. Because the progress is different for everybody and you can’t be on the same progress path of theirs until you’ll figure out what works for you. There are a lot of ways things can work for you, we can try and try, if not win-win than its already right amount of knowledge of what not to do. Therefore, focus on your progress and not on the outcomes, watch if you’ve learned something if you’re doing better than before if something is working or not because ultimately it will lead you to the right path of progress.
Progress can be slow, but still equal to winning a race.
DO NOT MULTITASK
Believe me, I myself have done this so many times and it is the worst thing you can do to try to do all at once. Instead of completing all the work, we eat our time by doing multitasking. Therefore, it teaches us to make a list of high priority work list, calculate minutes instead of hours to put the work effort, and then the next task. Because you’ll notice that in order to achieve success to complete everything at once you end up having regret that damn! I’ve haven’t completed anything and it was all wasted time. And Time does not come.
Also, you can keep motivated yourself by saying no to the unimportant work and believing that if you do not put the effort today someone else will.
YOU HAVE EQUAL TIME AS EVERYBODY ELSE
We sometimes feel we don’t have time, this can be because of overwhelming things and tasks that are needs to be complete today. And in that chaos and worry, we end up having not completing anything. We do this all the time. But we need to know that nobody’s got more time than us, it’s just the efforts, sacrifices and hard work. we all have 24 hours no less no more and it’s our turn to decide how much effort we want to put into that work that is there from weeks, months years to be completed.
And whoever be your idol or guru, if they can do it, we can do it. Nobody on this earth born successful, just believe that we can figure it out on the way, and will never stop putting the effort.
NOBODY IS PERFECT
A lot of the time we end up comparing ourselves to the people who are 10 chapters ahead of us. It is nothing but a way to start self-loathing. And at the time of comparing we almost forget that they were there same as us when they just started.
Embrace the imperfection you’ve and just start it anyway. Perfection will be gained on the way. And who knows if there’s if someones out there waiting for your work or adore your work. That’s enough to know that you’re doing something good.
AND AGAIN, TIME TO RELAX
Remember in all hustle and bustle your body needs rest. Figure the difference between procrastination and real rest your body’s asking for. Give yourself time to relax, give it time to release inefficient information, and do not worry about what-ifs.
Be proud of yourself, either failures or success, your body is there with you, sometimes without food, your body is working for you, without water, embrace all the efforts, imperfections and sacrifices. Keep your body in good shape and sleep 7-8 hrs, workout at least 15 min, eat well, and back to work.
