It’s been so long to even think of ourselves in the times of quarantine, hearing all those news and updates of the day about COVID-19 and calculating the figures, situations which might not shown. Let’s hope this quarantine won’t destroy our habit of wearing formals and jeans, Because we can guess of every person as is in their pajamas now. Haha!

But this is the right time to take a glow-up challenge. Here are the ways how to make your skin glowing in the times of lockdown. Blessings are with you!

  1. DRINK 10-12 GLASSES OF WATER EVERYDAY

The first thing is to drink water and keep yourself hydrated all the time. Because keeping yourself hydrated makes your brain works properly. Do you ever notice that thirst makes you angry? and then after a few sips, it’s all good. That means the body is in continuous need of water. Oh! this can make you have a lot of pee breaks too,But after all, it’s good for us.

2. SERVE YOURSELF WITH COLORFUL FRUITS

This is the best way to treat yourself with love, serving yourself the plate full of colorful fruits. A healthy tip to keep your skin glowing. Your plate can be full with vitamin C, iron and some green.

3. 30 MIN OF WORKOUT A WEEK

A little bit of workout can keep activated for the whole day. Because of workout, the happy hormones are generated in our body which keeps us full of energy. And when you’re happy from within, your skin will show an instant natural glow. This my personal favorite of all acts. You can always start workout starting from light exercises.

4. DRINK 2-3 CUPS OF GREEN TEA

I was reading this book called ‘IKIGAI’ which shows why people drink green tea. There are five blue zones on this earth where people live for more than 100 yrs and looks like 40. One of their daily routines to keep themselves young is drinking green tea. Green tea has ingredients that start working on your skin and inner self instantly after you drink it. The best time to drink is in the morning when you’re done with your exercise and bath.

5. MEDITATION

Do it every day before you sleep or after you wake up. I can tell you that this can clear your mind, refresh your thoughts and will give answers to your every question. This is an important part of your daily glow up routine.

6. GO OUTSIDE IN NATURE FOR 20 MINS

Go out, take a walk either for 20 min, nature has the power to make you refresh and connect with yourself. Notice the details and be grateful for everything, be a good happy person from inside.

7. ENOUGH SLEEP

Usually, 6-8 hours of sleep is necessary for our body to generate energy to work the next day. Also while at sleep our brain stops working consciously and our body feels relaxed as no orders are given by the brain. Take a beauty sleep and wake with the fresh new day and new you.
